"Be Still and know that I am GOD."

Wow, what a reminder that our lives are not our own, but a gift that God has bestowed upon us to use and develop and grow. Like the servants given the talents, our Master has given us a bit of wealth and asked us not to hide it away so as not to lose it, but to go out there and create something more with it. And yet, it is still his and not our own. We are to give back what we have made of our life when He calls us. And therefore, since this is still His life, His spirit bestowed oupon us, we should be using it for His glory and His betterment. So, Lord, show me what You would like done with this gift. How might I use this gift and the talents I have been trusted with to glorify and magnify You? I am at the perfect place for any and all guidance and molding.


A few thoughts brought on by last Friday's events and last night's experience. Not too comprehensive right now, but at least out there and mulling around...
