There is nothing like the joy that dancing brings. It is invigorating, relaxing, releasing, disciplining, takes both the act of thinking and not thinking, and is satisfying. I'm not just talking about swing dancing or ballet or any other particular type of dancing. Even "dancing" with three little kids today did the same thing. I guess this goes for all physical activity, whether it's just running, playing a game of ultimate or soccer, or even riding your bike to work. But I find dancing to work the best.
And it's the only physical activity that I could passionately talk about for hours if I get started on it.
