There is nothing wrong with feelings and emotions. And nothing wrong with expressing them either. And right now I am exploding with emotions of all sorts. I want to relish in the joy and sorrow of the rain... drown in a sea of tears... dance till my legs collapse... create till I run out of materials... destroy so that no brick stands on top of another... but mostly just curl up into a little ball and release every feeling inside of me with some wonderfully exhausting sobbing. Not just crying, sobbing...
