Thanks to a game of Ultimate in the mud yesterday, not only am I sore, but I have a gorgeous rainbow on my left calf... A gorgeous four inch by two inch oval that is red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and black... and raised a good eighth of an inch from where the skin on my leg usually sits... It's painful, but kinda cool to look at... But moving my leg at all hurts... Oh well. That's what I get for having a fun time with the cousins!

and I'm not exaggerating at all about the bruise.
